How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. Our store is open 24/7!

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@thedivagoddess.com if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

📦 Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked as delivered, Diva Goddess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier directly for assistance.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. Our activewear is designed with a seamless, stretchy fabric that conforms to your body.

Do your leggings run true to size?
Yes, our leggings generally run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What sizes do you carry?
We currently carry Small, Medium, and Large in most styles. Check individual product pages for available sizes.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. View our full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@thedivagoddess.com to initiate a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original for a refund.
