Diva Goddess Return & Refund Policy
At Diva Goddess, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 15-day return window for domestic orders and a 30-day return window for international orders, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@divagoddess.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or washed
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If your requested variant is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
