1. Eligibility Must be 18+, have used Diva Goddess products, maintain an active social media account, and be in good standing with the FTC.

2. Engagement Ambassadors agree to share their unique promo code and referral link on social media (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) at least 2x per month.

3. Restrictions No false claims, no spamming, no promotion alongside sexually explicit, violent, or political content. Do not misrepresent pricing or brand identity.

4. Disclosure All posts must include #DivaGoddessAmbassador and #sponsored per FTC guidelines.

5. Compensation 15% commission on all verified sales generated via your unique promo code. Minimum $10 payout threshold via PayPal.

6. Intellectual Property Diva Goddess may reuse ambassador-created content for marketing. Ambassadors receive a limited, revocable license to use Diva Goddess branding solely for program promotion.

7. Termination Diva Goddess may terminate at any time for any reason. Ambassadors may exit with 30 days written notice to info@thedivagoddess.com.

8. Confidentiality Ambassadors may not discuss, share, or disclose any internal Diva Goddess operations, pricing strategies, supplier information, business decisions, or any non-public information obtained through participation in the ambassador program.

9. Liability Limitation Diva Goddess is not liable for tracking errors, missed commissions due to technical issues, or lost revenue.

10. Miscellaneous This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes require mediation before litigation.
